I have a Wii!! But haven't used it in a while. I have the wii fit, wii ea sports active, and my fitness coach. I haven't worked out at all in a few weeks and am ready to get started again. I will start super low by saying 15 minutes a day.

So I did the 20 minute Turbo Jam workout and 30 minutes on the elliptical. I burned over 300 calories. I am going to shower, eat breakfast - 2 eggo waffles, and go to work.

I have had 16 oz of plain water to drink, 2 waffles for breakfast, and now I am having 1 cup of progresso light soup. yummm. Are you drinking your water today? What have you had to eat?

Ok so I am doing good so far today. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill (1 mile running and .8 walking) and I have already had 8 oz of water to drink. :drinker: I hope that everyone has a healthy day and is ready for weigh in tomorrow.:flowerforyou:

I went to the doctor and he said that I need to go get more blood work done and go back in 2 weeks. He thinks we need to change the medication that I am on and that I might be insulin resistant. We will find out in 2 weeks. :happy:

It has been so hard to eat healthy this week...people keep taking me out to celebrate my birthday. Tonight we are having family dinner and cake. Happy 22nd Birthday to me. I am trying so hard to be strong. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Unfortunately I haven't had time to exercise at all. I have been trying to focus on my eatting which I have been doing really good except today. I even lost over 2 lbs this past week.
