I drank diet pop for as long as I can remember. Once I got a sodastream and worked at a gas station I was drinking almost 8 cans of pop a day. Although it was diet I still knew it wasn't good for me. I am. Suffered from it for several years now. Been hospitalized 5 times. Anxiety is really bad too. I have been stable on my meds again since October. Fortunately I have a very good support system.

I had no idea there was a connection between gluten intolerance and pcos. I was diagnosed in March with a gluten sensitivity.

Low sugar brown sugar oatmeal or dairy free yogurt alternative with granola.

I stopped cold turkey. I found that sugar was causing me migraines so I just quit it.
