Well done for sticking with it. It's a great dvd & brilliant workout for when you don't have a lot of time. I plan to go back to level 1 & start over once I'm done on level 3 but follow Natalie's moves instead of Erica's.

What was your diet like during the 30 days? I am on Day 22, but my diet has been up & down so haven't really seen great results so far. I feel fitter than I did when I started though and see minor changes to my shape that maybe only I would notice.

Hi, I've started walking in the last couple of weeks as signed up for a half marathon charity walk for September. 1st June - 7.3miles - 1hr 54 3rd June - 7.7miles - 1hr 43 Hoping to fit in an hour later.
