Some confusion. I thought that in order to lose weight that you had to eat less calories than you are burning to create a deficit. Thanks everyone... I am on the 1200 cals a day, exercising 7 days a week. weight training 5, walking (dogs) two hours daily, plus 45-60 mins of cardio 5 days a week.
