Some confusion. I thought that in order to lose weight that you had to eat less calories than you are burning to create a deficit. I understand that you need to account for calories burned when exercising, but do you have to eat back all of the calories you burned? This does not register with me for some reason. It seems…

hey everyone, i'm feeling like i've plateaued. these last stubborn 10-15 will not move. eating super clean, keep increasing the cardio, nothing seems to be working? any suggestions? feeling a little defeated!
