I personally know someone who was on the show and they work out 6-8 hours a day and are encouraged to do even more. 1200-1500 calories is all they eat even with that much gym time.

There is this one guy who always seems to go to the gym when I go, He brings about two backpacks full of stuff shuffles around for like 20 min changing his socks and shoes and clothing(right next to me) then he is always complaining about how hot it is, when he does get on the treadmill he pulls out a book about 600 pages…

Hi Holly, I feel the same way. I was sick for a year and gained alot of weight. I try to get people to come work out with me or eat healthier so I don't feel so alone but so far not luck. Maybe we can help encourage each other. Good luck with your journey Vaneesa
