  • If you're taking multi vitamins, be sure they're not syrup based and also if you're a gym junky like myself you'll need extra nutrients. C, E, Cal, Mag and AntiOxidants. You can get your vitamin D just by sitting in the sun for 10 minutes and let the sun rays touch your face and hands. Hope this helps!
