A little behind on tracking my miles but still walking! Oct 3 - 2 miles heart healthy walk plus 10 min of Essentrics stretching (really need it as my hips ((bursitis)) were sore from yesterday's 3 mile walk! My goal is to walk 60 miles this month.

Just joined myfitnesspal today so that I could track food and my progress in the Leslie Sansone Walk It Off in 30 Days Challenge. Completed the 2 mile heart healthy walk this morning. Looking forward to a great month of getting fit!
