i know how you feel! i ate way too much over the long weekend and have been too scared to weigh myself. i really didn't feel like working out yesterday, so i did one of my easier workouts. no, it wasn't my best effort, but i feel like it helped ease me back into harder workouts. :)

i just got engaged on saturday and we haven't set a date yet, but i know i need to lose quite a bit before the wedding. i'm in!

yeah, for some reason it adds the calories that you burned through exercise to the amount of calories that you can eat that day. i personally never eat back the calories i burned and i also dont know why it lets you. i know this isn't very helpful. sorry!
