Yeah and what you lost is probably water or muscle! Not fat! I did say "probably" And you also have to understand that you may be the exception, not the rule! :) That kind of success isn't for everyone. I should know.

Thanks for all the comments! :) It's really hard to know for sure, guess i will just keep working out and eating right and we will see eventually if I'm doing right! I am trying to up the intensity and endurance.

Jump rope is a great calorie burning exercise. I have one and use it regularly. If you can get some cardio in through jump rope or exercise DVD i think that would be great.
