I think she was eating her exercise cal on her fasting days? she said she intook 1100 burned 500 and that equals 600 net. Still not sure if i could do Insanity on that little food. i am still always hungry at 1800!!! lol

I am lactose intolerant. I do take lactaid and probiotics because once in a while i will have cheese. I cannot handle anyyyy yogurt. I am scared of whey! Ive had so many issues with it in the past, so ive been using SunWarrior Raw Vegan blend and i love it. :)

Thanks, i added you! i do eat a lot of tofu/tempeh/eggs/egg white/nuts and seeds! i cannot eat yogurt, i used to eat it all the time and it always made me sick. i also cant really handle whey, ive tried Optimum Nutrition, About Time, and a few other whey proteins and they always made me sick. I am not following the nutrition guide, i am a pescetarian who is allergic to dairy and gluten (i still eat it sometimes but for the most part stay away) so its kind of impossible.

tried once, coffee with sunwarrior chocolate blend, i did not like it. you could taste the stevia pretty strongly and it was chalky

I try to have a protein shake or bar a day. but i feel like i still cannot hit my protein goals :( I do use pea protein, I cannot handle whey protein powder it makes me ill!

Thanks, i try to stay away from bad fats, but weekends are hard. Theres a shop in my town that makes artisinal doughnuts on Sundays and sometimes (most times) i cannot resist :)

I'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing. i have nothing against fat, trust me. but i am trying to lose body fat right now and get lean, and i have heard meeting your protein goals is a huge priority. so i am a little concerned going over fat and almost never reaching protein goals :[

i dont eat fish very often, i eat a lot of tofu and tempeh. A block of tempeh has 31g of protein and 18g of fat in it. i can try to add more fish into my diet but theyre pretty expensive and i only like salmon and tuna

i do try to have either a quest bar (that makes me sick) or a protein shake with almond milk once a day, sometimes i dont always have those thnigs avaialble to me. but quest bars are perfect, 20g of protein, low fat, but theyre whey and have so much fiber so i cant have too many
