  • finally back in the right direction - 139 this week. (down 3 lbs since last week) here's to hoping i don't get back up into the 140's. i've seen 139 before, but can't get below it.

  • it was a bad week and a half for me. hence, not checking in. last week i stayed the same - 142 (10/31) this week i gained (i KNEW it was coming) - 144.5 i am determined to get back on it though. i WILL lose those 25 lbs by new years! i have a hot dress i WILL wear! I just really need to be in the 120's to do it :) haha

  • totally fell off the wagon this weekend. wha wha. oh well. only lost 0.5 lbs this week - so down to 144.5 (on thursday i was down to 143... but i overindulged this weekend. my bad!) still a loss though!
  • Weigh in today: 145 So one pound. Which is fine, but a little disappointing (i've been good on diet and exercise). So overall 7 lbs in 3 weeks and on track for my 2lbs per week goal. Why does losing weight seem sooooo slow? haha.

  • I just joined, but want in! It might be tough for me to lose 25 pounds in 3 months, but that IS my goal for myself (well, 27 lbs), so hopefully this will keep me motivated to do it!! ~kate
