Nervous about Monday, although I'm sure I'll be nervous every Monday
I've had a decent week up until Thursday when I over-extended my knee...I still completed my friday C25K workout (although it was a little slower than normal). Went over for the first time this week yesterday. I was so tired, and my cravings were BAD, so my husband brought home these chocolate chip cookie lava cakes... 550 Cals. I only had about 200 to spare, so I went over. Later on I realized it was TOTM and it all made sense. Good thing I burned an extra 600-1000 cals every other day this week to make up for it!
Trying to decide what I can and cannot do with my knee, its not painful yet, but I can tell its like its on the verge of an injury. *Might* attempt Turbo Jam during nap time today, but we'll see how it turns out!

I've been a bit worried about today because I've been ill and that always makes my weight go up. But there is NO CHANGE! I mean, it hasn't gone down but it's still a cause for celebration.0

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! It was my fiance's birthday, so I definitely snacked more than normal, but thankfully the rest of my week was godo so I am still seeing a loss this week great job on your losses so far!!! Here is this week's weigh in:

Was EXTREMELY nervous to step on the scale this morning because I gained for our last weigh in, but luckily all this hard work paid off!

10/04: 154.5
lost 4lbs this week for a net loss of 2.5 lbs for the length of the challenge! A little behind on the average expected weight loss for each week, but I'm gettin there! MOTIVATION is in full force!0 -
Great Job everyone! Keep up the great work!! I know this challenge and being able to come on here and type out my frustrations with food and exercise has been a HUGE help in keeping me motivated to get this extra weight off! My weight this morning = 203
So, no change since last week
Still only down 1 lb for this challenge so far. At least it's not over until the New Year!!0 -

I enjoyed my eating a little too much this weekend, but thankfully the two week of reducing what my stomachcan hold helped me to stop at one cupcake and one slice of cake instead of the multiple I use to have. Weight today, 220 pounds.0

That's down 1.8 from last Monday morning.
I'm glad we weigh in on Mondays, it helps me to stay more on track over the weekend. I've normally been one to kind of take the weekend off and try to make up for it over the week, which is not really the best way to go.0 -
Office Potluck today here at work!! Brownies, Cookies, Chili, Green Bean Casserole, Fried Chicken, cheesy potatoes, and lots and lots of dips!!!

NO! I gained weight this week~! Back to 234.
That's a 1.6 lb gain. Well, I guess it was expected. Nasty cold, too much sodium in canned chicken soup and popsicles, not to mention TOM this week. Going to doctor this afternoon, hope to get something to make me feel better. This coming week will be much better! I'm going to work super hard to lose that 1.6 plus I hope I at least one more.

4lb this week, 6 lbs overall. I've been doing bootcamp at 5:50 am M-F since April, and usually a workout on the weekend, but hadn't seen any weight loss - just muscle gain. I finally started to except the problem was overeating, and have been really strict about 1200 calories a day (thank GOODNESS for the food and exercise log so I can't cheat myself!!) since the start of the challenge, and I think things are finally falling into place.
Plus, this challenge is really good for me - I'm really competitive, even with myself, so now I have a goal I have to reach, which is great motivation!! Wowing my friends and family won't hurt either
Congrats to everyone working hard out there to lose the weight! It takes a lot of discipline! EEK!
