If you chew each piece of food longer, your stomach will recognise when your full because your taking your time. And then just stop when your full! :)

Yeah I do that, just aim for a couple of pounds each week. Once you get into a routine it becomes easier though! Just sticking to it and the worst thing you can say about a diet is 'I'll start tomorrow' and I'm so bad for doing that, but I've started now, so there's no going back or being lazy :) I've added you both :D
