I am in my second wk of Gamma, might do the Hybrid Gamma when I am done with this. I have been wondering what the next step should be.

I do the jumping, the only time I modify is with ab work. Thats my weakness.

I am on my 4th wk doing T25 Alpha, and I am 5'8 157lb and I burn anywhere from 362-448 using HRM.

Now what happens if I set MFP to my BMR then eat back my exercise calories instead of setting it at TDEE?
