I love beer, too. And though my intake has decreased from my pre-weight loss days, I still have beer on the weekends and still have managed to keep losing. I just keep track of the calories and make sure I keep exercising/burning it off. Cheers:)

Love this, fellow kickboxer:) I love this type of class more than I can say. Sometimes I leave that class so spent that I feel like I am crawling out of the gym. I have more definition in my arms and in my core than I ever thought possible. And you're right about the self defense! High-five to you.

I have a HRM that I recently purchased and figured it was kinda broken when compared to what MFP lists as my burnt calories! I settle somewhere in the middle. If MFP calculates 500 and my HRM says 400, I log 450. I think MFP may shoot a little too high, but that's just my opinion:)
