Garlic is great for you, and I love rosemary, but that is definately more of a baking herb.

I probably drink 80-100 oz. per day. I carry around a camelback water bottle pretty much all day. Then of course there is the tea I drink in the morning and such, which is debatable on whether or not that counts towards water intake. But I would say I come pretty close to the gallon you were recommended.

I usually stick around 200-300 calories for breakfast. For breakfast I sometimes make an omelette with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, with very little cheese and a good amount of veggies. Sometimes I put salsa on top and make a sort of Mexican omelette. I have oatmeal alot too, and if you like oatmeal there are alot of…

You are still in the good ones! The Daggerhood series starts to go downhill around book 4 or 5... :(

Ya I carry babies well, so count on me for that! Beyond that... I can sew, and cook some, and I know how to use a gun.

It frustrates me as well, but I try to look at it this way... when they go on this show, losing weight becomes their JOB. All they do is work out, and try to eat well. That is all their days consist of. Obviously you can't always control what your body does, and we see this all the time on the show where people plateau,…

When my husband has a big run for pt in the morning, he insists on having a high carb dinner the night before. He says it gives him more energy to burn.

I plan on getting a tummy tuck and a breast lift. lol Definately going to need it! But on the fun side, I have never been able to go shopping at a regular store and find clothes easily, so I think a new wardrobe that didn't come from plus stores is a must! And I told my husband that I want to go to a military ball skinny…

Hmm let's see... in 7th grade my grandpa was diagnosed with terminal cancel, and I gained 30 pounds. From then until I was 17, I weighed 170-175. I got pregnant at 17, put on over 30 pounds, and developed high blood pressure. I weighed 206 when I got married when my oldest was 4 months old. Over the years I lost some…

I use the Great Value brand of Stevia packets. Ya, it has a bit of an "off" taste, but I got used to it pretty quick. I haven't tried any of it in actual food though, and would beinterested as well in how it works and turns out in it.

I would log it, ya. I log grocery shopping as walking, even though I usually exercise on top of that. Waitressing is hard, and I am not surprised AT ALL that you are burning that many calories per shift. And eating back that many calories would be crazy, but as long sa you eat well the rest of the week I don't think it…

I've lost 20 pounds so far and the first place I lost it in was my chest... I am almost down a cup size already. :( There isn't really any way to prevent it. Your body will take fat from where it wants.

Fort Campbell, KY, so pretty much in Tennessee.
I doubt 1,200 calories is right for anyone. Except maybe a small child or a little person. It seems most want to select the maximum weightloss setting, this is not always best.
I don't think it is right to say that 1200 isn't right for anyone. I do 1200 calories and alot of days I struggle to even get to…

Ya Progresso soups are a staple to my diet as well, but I watch the labels and only get the ones that are low in calories and low in sodium. The low sodium ones are still pretty high in sodium, though, and if you are like me and eat the whole can, it will amount to almost half of your daily sodium in just that can. I just…

Interesting... my eliptical claims that I only burn around 115 calories for 20 minutes. I've always felt that I have to be burning more, but stuck with logging that just in case.

I will probably end up a size 10/12, and I will be happy with that. I weighed around 170 before I started having kids and I was a size 12/14, so since my goal weight is a little less than that, I figure I will end up a 10/12 or so, since my hips are a bit wider than they were then.

Ya 7 & 7 is what I have seen people drink. Segram's 7 and 7 up.
-
Nonsense. You have a 5 inch wrist, I have a 7 1/2. I have always had a 7 1/2, even before I got heavy. It is not so much the bones themselves as the way that our frames are set up that make the difference in frame size, or atleast that is the assumption I am under from my limited knowledge of anatomy. If you search these…

Welcome! This site isn't so much of a diet as a way to track a healthier lifestyle. Diets themselves almost always fail; the key to this site is just making healthier food choices. Do this and exercise some to shape your body back up, and you will do great!

This ^^

I went to start it yesterday, and got into the second warm-up exercise and my husband came home early from work :( Ya, wasn't going to do it for the first time in front of him so... maybe today?! We will see...

Dunno what you ended up doing last night, but I ended up drinking Bacardi Torched Cherry with Coke Zero. Calories? None! And I didn't gain any weight as of this morning from it. Usually when I drink it takes a couple days for the weight to regulate back, but not this time. I think I will stick with this drink in the…

I wouldn't say you can eat ANYTHING, but ya, your body requires a minimum amount of calories to function properly, and by eating so few, you are likely causing your body to horde the fat and such that you currently have. This site is set up based on your goals and activity levels, and gives you the typical calories needed…
