Fruits have carbs? Consider me extremely surprised.

What restaurant is that after pic? It looks like it serves some great dishes. Thanks.

Damn you look great @ 240.

Same boat. Except I start to normalize around new year, because I know I am not as strict with my diet, so it comes off slightly slower where I'll lose 10-15lbs by April. Then maintain or lose more weight until it's time to get fat again.

Nothing wrong with snacking. Don't fight the urge.

Agreed. Ate skinless chicken breasts for the longest time. Got sick of it and have not gone back since. I'd think it was my bad recipes for the subpar taste. However, eaten plain, chicken thighs just simply taste a hell of a lot better.

Chicken thighs with no trimmings. I eat the meat, fat, and skin.

+1. Nothing worse than harming yourself at the beginning of your new journey. Though it'll vary, as in some guys may be more helpful than others, it's a lot better than not having any help to start. Once you get the hang of things and get comfortable with the equipment, exercise movements, and yourself, you'll be at a…

Good luck with your journey getting back.

LOL I had a feeling that pic would be posted.

You can lose weight eating anything you want.

Solid advice. Thanks for the info.

Filled with regret? Burger and fries and cinnamon bread sounds like heaven if you ask me.
-
Burgers not good!?!? I don't know anymore.

Not enough money to buy everything.

Have not seen this myself either. Right-click. Saved.

Nope. Meal timing is mostly irrelevant. The only time I'd possibly pay attention to timing is before and after workout, maybe.

Eat what you crave. It's all about dem caloriez.

Why limit yourself to those foods? Like someone else inquired, are there medical reasons for those foods? If not, it's time to open the door to the wonderful world of other foods.

Lol just looked this up. So juice+ are pills!? And what is the goal of these? I'm baffled

Foam roller was first thing that crossed my mind - use before and after workouts. Yoga stretches would be next. And fish oil helps with inflammation and possibly joints. Other thing to consider that may be overlooked is your form and mechanics, as well as proper shoes.

Losing weight has nothing to do with what food you eat - that's more on the health and/or preference side of things. Losing weight is all about eating less CALORIES than what your body uses or expends. Say you need to eat within 1500 calories per day. You can have a double quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a soda and…

It's the gains.

Just order what you want and keep in mind how caloric it is. That knowledge should enough to help you keep your portions in check.

Pop tarts are pretty good. If that's not your thing, then go with Kix, mother approved.

Logging your food is the best calorie tracker.

Looks like it's time for a scale that reads higher than 350.

I absolutely think you should. You put in that blood and sweat into a hard workout, you gotta reward yourself in a massive way. If you don't, you'll hit a wall and binge anyway. Burgers + fries and a large milkshake are great self rewards.
