i don't dislike myself. i was just curious on what percent of ppl like them and what don't. i've had ppl tell me they like my freckles and others who didn't care for them. i was using this as more of a pole rather than a confidence boost.

Started late last September. around 48 lbs down and about 90 more to go. I'm right there with u girl.

speaking only from my personal experience, the first 20 - 30 pounds comes off with little effort. i mean for the first couple of months it just seemed to just melt off of me. then u hit a plateau. or a metaphorical wall, and its so hard to lose weight. u r doing excellent. trust ur trainer he knows what he's talking about.…

ok so ur not in the best of health, but don't worry me and a few other thousand people on this site has it way worse. thats why we're here. to try to fix the problem. for the most part u seem to carry most of ur weight in ur midsection. so, while doing other strength training, i would focus on core work outs. crunches,…

i guess i like my hair. it's a natural dark blonde color. its thick and grows fast and its naturally curly. i guess i also like my chest. not because my boobs are big , but because they do stick out further than my stomach. so i don't get mistaken for pregnant
