I was anorexic in Highschool but when I moved out and was in college. I started to gain weight back. At the end of college I was normal. When I had my two children is when the weight went on and stayed until I was put on cortisone and that blew me up massively. Right before the cortisone I was down finally to 70 kg and was…

I was diagnosed with arthritis, to later find out it was not arthritis instead it was Vasculitis. My doctor for vasculistis is a rhuematologist since the medicines and treatment are the same. I too will get pain and though like you I am very reluctant to go on daily pain medicines. I do how ever take pain medicines when I…

Sorry I posted before reading the rest of your comment. I am glad they changed your medicine. I do know all your symptoms but many that thought they had lymes really had Vasculitis and since you have not been able to find out an explanation to your pain you might want to check out information on vasculitis and have your…

I understand you and can relate. I am not able to do major exercise but take it when I can. I have lots of pain so when I know I am going to do a major day on my feet I need to take my pain medicine. It does help a lot. I does not take it all away but does get me through it. I also have days where I am unable to do much at…

I would take it 1 hour before exercise to make sure it has kicked in then I am usually ok until later at night when I realize how much I…

I went from skinny to extremely obese, that would not go down until I reduced. Each time I reduced it would drop like 5 kgs. On top of the stretchmarks I have all…

Thanks Grubb1019 for the positive thoughts and reminder. I was in a Wheel chair at the being when I was being diagnosed with the Vasculitis. I have come a long why from then. I am just at that frustration phase where my brain wants to and my body does not. I will keep pushing I have too. Pain meds side effects are so bad…

So far I have been doing only 10 minutes a day on the stepper. It is just walking but that is better then nothing. I will keep moving so I can get myself at least healthy and my blood pumping. I need to. I feel for you I am also like that fatigue easily, pain most of the time and getting the basics done is very hard. I…

Yes the water weight does go when you go off, but unfortunately the weight in fat you gain doesn't come off as easily. When I got down to 8 mg it was better but I had a flare and was upped the dosage again. So on came the weight on top of the weight that was there from the previous high dosages it is a vicious cycle. I…

You really should try to eat close to your daily recommended calories. If you go under too much your body will think it is starving and put you in to storing what you eat. That is why you were very hungry on that Friday and ate over the amount. Look at the recordings and see if it says at the bottom that you were under too…
