Awesome! I just started IF this week. I thought it'd be harder than it is but I'm rather enjoying myself. I workout at 6am and don't eat til noon. My window is 6 hours but I normally do an early evening group exercise class so I've already had a 4 hour window day. It is a little hard trying to get all my macros in that…

You can do it!!!

Thank you!!! I couldn't do it without your support every morning!

Just keep at it! Reevaluate your diet. What are you actually putting in your body and how much? Are you getting enough protein? Are you eating too much sugar? Have you cut/ limited sodas... even diet sodas? Tweaking even the small stuff can help.

Wow! Thank you everyone, you are all so sweet! I hope to have another set of after pic in another 2-3 months. Maybe with some muscle definition! :D Just think if you keep at something you'll see the results!

Thank you! :D I too am a night owl and I use to suffer with insomnia. So when I tell you I wake up at 5am Mon-Fri know that it's a HUGE deal. Lol. So this really helped me and maybe it can help you. http://theberry.com/2012/11/02/daily-motivation-16-photos-173/daily-motivation-13-80/ Good Luck!

Thanks girl! The more muscle you have the calories you burn a day. I so recommend weight training and write everything down so you can see how far you've come! That is motivation in itself. :)
-
As always Thank You darling! ;)
-
You can totally do this! Mind over matter,! Keep pushing!
-
Thank you very much!

You look great! I feel the same way, I'm slow & steady. But I started lifting weights in February and noticed a big change. Good luck and feel free to add me! :)

Thank you so much for this!

This is perfect!

She is constantly complaining about her weight and is open for me to help. I'm asking for motivation help. Thanks!
-
Oh yeah! I'm wondering if I got a trainer to measure her body fat % at the beginning and then again after, if she joins, a month to see how she's improving, if that would help. Let her be her own motivation so to speak. Thank you!

I think this might be the ticket. Thank you!

Great idea!

I wasn't annoyed by your post at all. I simply stated that I was looking for advice to keep her in the gym. Obviously I know I can't control her actions, I don't need you to tell me that. Also this is my mom, who I have a great relationship with, she isn't going to get "pissed off" or shun me for helping her out. I think…

I understand what you are saying but It's really hard to watch her gain weight steadily and not do anything about it. And since I have her compliance with trying the gym out, I'd like to have advice to keep her there and not a " don't worry about it/ not your problem" attitude.

Absolutely amazing! Keep up the fab work and enjoy your marathon!
-
thank you all! Yes I've been measuring and doing pics. I've lost a half inch on the love handles but that's it. nothing else has really changed. I am not logging on weekends and I don't have a HRM. So I guess it could be MFP's over estimation on caloric burns. :/ But I'm gonna stick with it!

I'm down with broscience. Thanks!

I'd LOVE a spot. I really need the push for more cardio. Must burn this FAT!
-
I wanted to add you just inspired me to register for the body for life challenge!
-
You are amazing! And look fabulous!
-
Congratulations! Keep going, you're doing great!!! You've come so far and logging in everyday is a chore in of itself.

All I can imagine is a chick with 100+ lbs on the bar at the bottom of the squat and her rolling her ankle inward. BOOM PAIN! Oh god my palms are sweating just thinking about it.
