carb macros and leg day
I have my macros set for 30% carb, 20% fat, and 50% protein. But I've been seeing people talk about a high carb % for leg days. What's the science behind this? Also, I lift in the early am around 5:30am so if I did increase my carbs would I do so the evening before? Thanks in Advance! :)
