I went to a Kettleball class yesterday for the first time and it totally killed me. Not only am I ridiculously sore but I have two gnarly bruises from clanking the bell against myself. I took a rest day today from all workouts but I wondering if I will be able to resume running tomorrow because I'm still really sore.
Suggestions to feel better would be awesome. Thanks!

I did Bob Harper's Kettlebell DVD on Friday and was in total pain until today. Still some soreness but much better. The second day is usually worse. I am interested what others say as I did do some walking but not as much or as fast as I usual. When do you get back on the horse when you are in so much pain?0
