I just lost 10lbs through diet and mild exercise and now I really want to work the rest off. I'm starting P90X tomorrow and any advice for a first timer would be great!!! I also have a few questions: I've been reading that you should eat all of your burned exercise calories... is this correct &&& How do I know how many calories I'm burning per workout?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Most people on P90x Figure out where they are supposed to be calorie intake wise (either 1800, 2400 or 3,000) and just input that into MFP. If you do this do not worry about inputting your exercise just eat the calories you are supposed to be at.
FYI The first month is a little hard as your body is getting used to the workouts. They will get easier just keep pressing play. Welcome and BRING IT!!!!!!!0 -

I generally am eating between 1700 and 2000 calories per day. I just finished Week 7 and have lost 5 pounds so far (I am doing Lean).
Do you not have a HRM? My calorie burn is usually between 350 and 550, depending on the workout.
