I notice a change in my face!

I love this diet! Here are my results so far: I started at 212lbs I am also 5'9 and about halfway thru the diet pics (I dont have anything more recent sorry)

I have sprayed them before.. they def taste better if you do. I dont spray them just because i like to cut calories anywhere i can and they still taste yummy with out them!

I am 5'9 starting at 212lbs lastest picture was when I lost about 25lbs.. I I am currently 172 and wanna get to 160.. almost there.. but i dont have any recent pictures :(

slice the eggplant and put it in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. I usually put some spice on the eggplant too. cook it until tender and enjoy!

I didnt exercise as much as i should of when i went thru the cycles.. I mean I was lucky if i did it once a week. I found i still lost a ton of weight. once i stopped losing on just dieting itself, then i started exercising.

I am not confident enough to wear heels. booooooo. I feel like I tower over people as it is........plus my boyfriend is just as tall as me.. :(

I never thought you meant anything bad by posting this! Everyone is going to see different things when they see this pic. I, for one see the beauty in this pic. I never saw it as bashing thin people for being thin. I see it as if your curvy you should be comfortable!

I usually snack on a cucumber. Theres barely and thing in them and I like that they are crisp!

For the yogurt I always just used whatever FF flavor I wanted. I know it was high in sugar but its the tastiest thing you can have on the diet for a while so thats how i treated myself :)

I was on that diet. I used to have to sneak in more olive oil in here and there to gain an extra hundred calories!

Love IT! I had 3 the other day..I was even craving a deep fried cheesestick that invented my new favorite snack. Take the weightwatchers string cheese and wrap it in a piece of turkey bacon and fry on frying pan. I dont feel too guitly about eating it. Its tasty.

As an alternative to always having whole wheat noodles, I find brown rice noodles to be super tasty and good for you. I agree that its all in moderation. Its so easy to over eat any kind of pasta. If you look for the serving size on the back of the box its usually like a 1/2 cup. I can probably eat like 3 cups cooked. So I…
