I have 0 energy by the end of the day. I use a crockpot most of the time. Thankfully I’m not much of a drinker, just a bad food chooser haha. My husband doesn’t always get it, I just eat small portions but nothing good.

I am really struggling. 11 months post op, I'm down 55 from surgery, 70 from highest... but I have not lost an ounce all summer. I am still overweight, still not quite to my goal. My niece was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor (DIPG) I guess we are all still in a little shock and nothing else matters, right now. I…

I'm 10 months post op and struggling with this a lot, thanks for this post :)

My year out is in August, and I'm 30 pounds away from my goal weight. I'd rather this take 18 months to meet my goal anyways, slow and steady makes me happy and successful.

Went on a cruise last weekend and wore a bikini 99% of the time.

Not having to wear spanx in a few dresses, and not feeling weird about it.

I had GERD and was sleeved, its gotten so much better with weight loss. Why would you let your BMI continue to grow?

I had it done in August 2017! 0 regrets, if I had have surgery today I gladly would! Send me a DM if you would like! There is nothing "easy" about it. I am not interested in reading people's opinions on VSG, considering this posts is asking for people who have had it...not their opinions on it lol Also yes, the stomach is…

a few things; a colleague described me as a "petite" I ordered a crop top and would have actually worn it in public but it's like 40 degree out.

I have an open food journal I had VSG surgery in August 2017 and food police need not request, please :)
-
"protein shakes" in reference to pre-packaged protein drinks. calling it a "pouch reset" VSG people do not have pouches.
-
NSV: Being described as petite by a colleague. That was really wonderful. Started in a 16, noticed my 12s are beginning to be a little lose in the waist.

While pregnancy can create complications, being overweight can create complications with even getting pregnant! I am losing weight for a future child some day, my PCOS is out of control and it is completely linked to my carb and sugar addiction.

Sometimes the motivation to eat right and work out has to come within. MPF is helpful and fun but it isn't the best hand holding tool. Unfortunately just because you're making changes doesn't mean everyone in your household will. My roommates eat trash in front of me, sounds delicious, smells delicious but while they're…

Hey! I am a full time student majoring in political science in Texas. I am so ready to get back to campus courses, online classes give me too much free time

That is not true, I stopped taking it over a year ago and I haven't gained back anything. Why? Because I used the medication as a tool to aid my goals. People are so negative about the use of prescription weight loss medications, and why? Does it effect you what I take? Does it change your own life on what I (a general I.)…

You have to use the med to help you make life style changes. It isn't a life style changer. Of course you'll gain back all your weight once you stop taking it but return to your old life style. That isn't anything "bad" that the pill did, it's all the "bad" you did.

I've lost over 50 lbs without ever stepping foot in a gym. I'm active in my daily life and diet is everything.

Wasn't this thread started with asking for feedback on taking the med? Not asking for opinions if they should or should not?

I really liked Adipex when I took it, I had good results. I'm having even better results with an ECA stack though. And it's a hell of a lot cheaper.
