Houston,TX, I'm a divorcee and mama to a 5 yr old little gent!

I developed PCOS and couldn't get pregnant at 24. I later got divorced, I've lost over 50 lbs, and now I have very few symptoms of PCOS. I hope with the more weight I lose the more of my fertility comes back. Add me! I'm just now getting back into my diet and fitness again and could use all the support I could get!

Height: 5'3" Age/Gender: 25 yr old FEMALE Highest weight- 227 Current Weight- 1182 Lowest weight- 130 Goal weigh- 130-140

I'm in the Katy area, "new" to Houston, again too.

My first goal is to lose 77 lbs, I've lost 41 so far...

I've lost 41 lbs in about 12 weeks. I will NOT be packing 41 lbs back on ever again. I try to drink protein shakes, I can usually get down about half. I'm still drinking plenty of water though, the climate I live in makes water a must.

So is this "starvation mode" a myth. I always see people on here harping on others "if you don't eat, you don't lose weight" wellllll. that isn't true either.

In the mean time, get a biotin supplement.

This is only temporary, every time I start to get my appetite back I found out more horrible news and I'm back to square one again.

So...if things don't change for me...I'll end up just being a body of fat? Like 100% fat?

This is the rudest thing I've read on this site in a long time. Eating Disorders are an illness, she is sick. Would you ever make a post that says "When chemo therapy people try to add me?" NO. If you could only know the pain and depression that comes with an ED.

Does anyone not recall her family being slaughtered? I'd pack on a bunch of weight too if my family was brutally killed. I think it's great she lost weight, too bad she looks like a bobble head now. She was her hottest in Sex & the City.

Yep, last night was one of the first nights I had fast food in months. It tasted SO good but now I feel so sick. One bad meal won't make you fat, just like how one good meal won't make you thin.

Because my now former husband spent a year overseas with the Air Force, came back after putting our family through hell for a year and "realized" that being a husband and father isn't what he wanted, being tied down is boring to him. Yet he's now engaged to some woman who was a "mutual friend." Yea. THAT's why I'm single.

San Antonio, TX for sure, Las Vegas Nevada sucks, fun to visit, fun to run wild and make horrible choices. But it sucks to live here.

What I've noticed works the best for me, eating less than I was, and moving more. Hang in there, don't go back!
