  • It's one of my favorite DVDs. I have a kettlebell, so I've never tried it with a dumbbell, but I'm sure it would work just fine. The workout its self is awesome and I highly recommend it!
  • Yes, just the same chia. They have amazing fiber and omega -3, and a pretty decent protein content compared to other non-animal protein sources. They have a higher fat content (about 9g per ounce), but I think they make a great tool in your pantry, as does flax.

  • I'm a big fan of reverse-grip (underhand) cable press down. It hits the lower head of the tri in a way nothing else does and gives you a great burn. I like to do a heavier move like dips first and finish with the rev-grip press downs to hit the whole muscle.
