Eat all the yummy foods.

Absolutely. I'm not sure what yet. Weather looks bad. Usually my cycling club does a group ride. Was also considering a turkey trot with my tri club. But if its raining, its going to be swim and spin at the gym.

Loved this! Congrats on the loss!

Same. When I'm injured, it means I can't eat as much. Sucks, but that's how it goes. I do, however, try to find something active so I don't become a coach potato. When I had back/knee issues, I water walked and water aerobics, e.g.

I had the best omelette at a restaurant yesterday....MY BIG FAT GREEK OMELET ... Sautéed fresh spinach, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, oregano and kalamata olives. Seriously, one of the best omelettes I've ever had.

Lift about 6 hours a week, tons of cardio (triathlete).

I love Larabars. Can't keep them in the house cause I eat them all at once. lol The peanut butter cookie and cashew cookie are my favs.

I'm sad about the pumpkin stuff too. All gone from TJ's. So glad I stocked up on pumpkin pancake mix for next year. Hoping they get 1 final delivery so I can buy a few more. Pecan stuff would be amazing! I don't like peppermint either. Going to be a long winter. Now, if they'd get the dried persimmons in...I could get over…

Yep! Love it! With whip cream on the top.

No breakfast, light hors d'oeuvres throughout the day, huge feast in the evening! My dishes are just as tasty, but lighter than before. Can't wait!

You look great! I had gotten too skinny too and started lifting 3 times a week. Still slim, but much better than the stick skinny look I was rocking and still in the same weight range. I'm a triathlete so I still do tons of cardio, but eating a lot and lifting keeps me from going back to the too skinny look. Congrats!

Tried Kay's Protein Puffs Almond Delight. Very good. 125 cals, 12 grams protein.

I didn't have a sweet tooth until I lost weight. Now I do. And I have days where I do eat nothing but sweets. lol It all balances out though.

Mostly, only those required by law post (a certain number of stores required, I believe). Sucks for us calorie counters, but I've found that I'm pretty darn good at guesstimating these days or by logging individual ingredients based on the description.

Red Robin's posts their nutrition info.

Trader Joe's has delicious natural bacon for the same 60 cals for 2 pieces.

I'm over regularly. No issues as a result.

My back problems have not held me back. I was diagnosed last spring and was good after rehab until a couple weeks ago when I had a slip, but it only lasted 3 days. And the reason for the slip was my fault. I had stopped doing my core workouts, which my PT said needed to be a lifelong routine and that those who had future…

I can't stand black coffee. I need some creaminess in my coffee. What's the problem with that?

How disappointing. I bought 3 bags and haven't tried them yet. Guess I'll see what I think this weekend. Everyone was just raving about these.

Yep. I don't have enough insulation. :-)

Walking is my rest day activity. around 10-11 miles at 16-17 minute/mi pace. So, I'd say no, you don't need to rest.

I'm a pancake girl. My typical breakfast is big stack of pancakes, eggs, bacon, apple, tea. Around 600-700 cals. But its one of the only things that keeps me full until lunch (most of the time lol). Also waffles with nut butter or waffle sandwich w/ eggs, or english muffin w/ eggs, bacon and cheese. The other thing I do…

I'm the same! 170 cals, plus the Jif pb cups at 250 cals, plus an apple or banana, and coffee w/ milk, easily hits the 500+ cal mark. :-)

Not new, but new to me - Ozery morning rounds. Had them while camping and they make an amazing healthy breakfast. Just top with crunchy peanut butter or other nut butter, have a banana or apple, and coffee, and you have a quick, healthy, and delicious breakfast that will keep you full until lunch.
