  • So I had a migraine yesterday so I didn't get to work out. Oh well. Today I went to spin class and thought I was going to die. My legs are sore already!   • I've always have done 1 minute high, 2 minutes low. LIke 1 minute 8 and then 2 minutes 6mph. I do five sets at least which is 15 minutes and sometimes do more if I feel it. I also walk as warmup and cooldown. I would mix up your interval training because that's the point, not trying to get used to it.
