For the average person this may be correct, not so in my case. Also 20g is a relatively standard amount to take during a loading phase.

make sure you wash them then drain them on kitchen paper. they sure do smell! we use them to add to stir-frys and the likes - basically they'll just take on the taste of whatever they're cooked in so helps to bulk your meals out with limited calories!

there's nothing wrong with taking it, just remember to cycle it. take at least a week off or so off every two weeks. take some psyllium husks and you should be a little more regular. most likely is related to your diet though!
