Thank you for sharing this :happy: i think i have number 4 (to scared to increase as i havnt lost weight in a month on 1490 calories and gym 4-6 times a week) and i know i have 6 and 7.

I have had someone lend me their copy of insanity...i couldnt even do the fit test!

Or you get the oposite if you do happen to eat something other than a sald you get "should you be eating that?" or "are you counting that?" that is also annoying!!!

When i first started at the gym 4 weeks ago i was lucky to be able to do 25 mins of cardio now i can do 60mins 4x a week!

I have the same problem, mfp way over what the equipment at the gym says. I now only eat not even a quarter of my exercise calories if any at all

I am with you on this i hate drinking plain water. I now in the mornings have a cup of warm water with lemon juice then the only other time i drink plain water is at the gym other than that i have my water with diet cordial...thats the only way i get my water in

I am with you on this. Only my husband, kids and 1 friend who is also on this site. And for the same reasons, other wise i get "should you be eating that" or "are you counting that" which is what i got when i was on WW.

Hi, i have also noticed that. I started last week and when i do my weight training and add it in there are no calories burned?
