Weight can fluctuate so much even in a day, weigh once a week the same time of the day (most people first thing in morning after morning ritual, in underwear). Ohhh and take measurements!!!! It took 4 weeks for the scales to start dropping for me but my measurements went down
-
I would love to see responses to this as this happened to me about 4 weeks ago...took a good 2 weeks for it to get better. I could hardly bend it at all. Was really hard in bed at nite to roll over and move
-
The Aria scales dont sync with MFP. You have to log the weight manually

I would have to say both as i have 1 dog, 4 cats and 2 rats

I had banding 6 years ago. Was it right for me? No! I know weigh more than before i was banded i did loose 34kgs in the first year but have had nothing but trouble with my fills for the last years to the stage now my surgeon wants to take it out and do a sleeve
-
You look fantastic!!! We have something in common...i have had 2 surgeries because of miniscal tears. That is when i put most of my weight on. If i dont get the weight of now i am looking at a knee replacement by the time i am 45 and i dont want that!!! Also i am not commenting for the prizes plus i live in Australia lol)…
