They have cycling shorts with the padding right in them. Check any sports shop.

I try to get in about 2hrs 4 days during the week 1 hr on treadmill or elipitcal and another hour spinning. And sat and sun I get about an hour each . So I work out 6 days a week. I've made it a very good habit.

I've also found pof to be a bunch of lying peverts lol I gave up with all online dating because even after you start dating them they still keep their page up and continue to see other people

Right now single by choice. Just getting back to concentrating on myself and getting back into shape. Trying to get myself right physically and mentally before I try to date but I don't mind having friends just to hang out with and get me out the house :)

Look at being single as an opportunity to take the time out for yourselfs. That's what I'm doing, I've decided not to date until I'm done working on me and losing the weight and getting into the shape. When I'm done I'll find some one better than what I previously had and I'm sure you guys will too :)

My first 5k was this year and my time is 50 mins I'm 30.

I definitely have trouble to sticking to 1200 calories a day. But what it's all about working my way down little by little so for now I'm happy eating under 2000 claroies a day and every week decrease by a little bit. And it's help me to count calories burn so I've been trying to up calories burn little by little every…

What's holding me back is I have no control with food , I'm trying really hard and been doing really well lately, but then I get that one day where I can't stop eating and it will ruin a whole week of hard work.

My plan is just to run longer burn more calories and make sure I get a work out in everyday.

Friday was a great workout ran a few miles and then spun. Saturday was so nice out so I decided to go for about a 2 hour hike, and Sunday I rested my body since i did great this week.

So quick question for everyone. The hardest times for me to track calories is Sat and Sunday I don't know why i just lose control and eat what and feel like I don't have time to track. Any suggestions to get me through the weekends?

I'm with ya on that. I can relax after I'm done working out hard. I won't even be able to enjoy my weekenc if I'm slacking and don't get my work out in.

I put on 40lbs through the past year and now I'm working hard to take it off, and I have to do it by July because I want to look good in my brides maids dress. I always hated being the biggest bridesmaid out of the group. This group will be perfect motivation for me.
