Anywhere between 1 hour and 45 minutes. Longer if Im doing cardio or Zumba, and shorter (45 min.) if Im doing lifting, Basically its however long my little girl takes a nap!!! When I take a brisk walk its about 30 minutes, Its too hot in Florida to go any longer.0

I workout at least 3x a week for at least 30 to 65 min. Depending on how I'm feeling :-)0

I work out about 30 minutes (Jillian videos) a day, 3-5 days a week.0
-
1 hour boxercise / 15 mins swim Mon
45 min boxercise / 30 min weights / 15 mins swim wed
45 min spin / 1 hour boxercise / 15 mins swim thurs & fri
1 hour kettlebells or weights / 15 mins swim sat
Tues & sun rest
Plus a few 1 hour walks with dogs.
It seems a lot but its mostly because I like it rather than for the cal burns, plus it means I get to eat more and still lose :-)0 -
If I can bring myself to do it, maybe 20-30 minutes.
Sometimes lifting, sometimes yoga, sometimes specialized targeted yoga (core, cross train, etc).0 -
4 days of the week it's either 30/45/60 mins (depending on the workout/classes I have). I have one long day a week with 1 hour and 45 mins.
I think as long as you have some activity, it helps a lot because you are already on MFP's recommended reduced calorie intake.0 -
I do 1 hour of cardio 2 or 3 days a week. I would like to do more, but can't find the time!0
-
30 minutes of cardio in the morning 4 - 5 days a week and I do strength exercises with weights 4 nights a week.0
-
Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do ~20 minutes of interval training on my exercise bike followed immediately by 20-25 minutes of strength training on my Bowflex
Tues and Thursday I do 30 minutes of steady state cardio on my exercise bike
Saturday I do 60 minutes of steady state cardio on my exercise bike0 -
1-1.5 hours, depending on my schedule.0

I try to get in about 2hrs 4 days during the week 1 hr on treadmill or elipitcal and another hour spinning. And sat and sun I get about an hour each . So I work out 6 days a week. I've made it a very good habit.0

I try and make it to Zumba three times a week - hopefully four if I'm feeling really ambitious. Zumba lasts an hour and is fun, but light, cardio.
I'll walk home after Zumba if the weather is ok, which takes another hour.
That's pretty much it. I do live in the city so I walk to and from public transit (I don't own a car). I'm not sure how much more walking this is compared to the average suburban Jane. My weekend consist of shopping, walking, maybe hiking, generally being on my feet for at least a couple of hours though if the weather is bad I spend my weekend in front of the tv or reading--but, let's be honest, mostly watching tv.
I'm amazed really at how much people on this website workout. How do you guys find the time?? I am always exhausted after work (and I work a desk job!!), and my body doesn't allow me to function in the morning, so morning workout are absolutely out of the question for me. I show up late enough for work as it is.0 -
30 minutes on the treadmill/cross trainer
30 minutes of weight lifting
4-5 times a week0 -
Average abotu 90 minutes mixed cardio, weights, yoga... about 5xs week. Then house cleaning, lawn mowing, walks on the other days...0
-
between 1-2 hours.. usually around 1 hr 45 min0
-
An hour a day/6 days a week. If not more.0
-
i am just doing 30 minutes right now than i will gradually work up to 45 to 60 mins.0

I shoot for 60 minutes per day. Some days I get lucky and do more, others I do less, but 60 is average. I started off at 20 and worked my way up. I read that you don;t start burning fat til 15-20 minutes in so that is why I kept increasing. Another article said if I wanted to lose weight I should do an hour and that sort of stuck in my head. I don't do all one thing though, I mix it up like a walk or run plus a DVD or stationary bike. I get too bored doing all one thing.0

60-90 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week; 20-30 minutes of light weight training 3- 4 times a week. Mostly, I work out in the mornings before work because 1-it's too hot in Vegas to wait until after work, and 2-I feel so completely awesome after working out that it buoys my entire mood and contributes to a better day.0

I still try to exercise like an athlete.
I could spend 30 minutes in the gym or 3 hours in the gym.
There will be days when I spend at least an hour on the track and then at least an hour doing pilates/yoga/etc.0 -
I work out 2 - 3 times a day or I won't loose. Abs & 15 min walk in am, usually tense/release exercises in car on way to work, 30 - 45 minutes intense at lunch, and I try to do something "fun" with my 13 yo at night. Tennis (or rather missing the ball  ), biking, whatever he wants to do.0

My schedule varies, but on an ideal week it would be 3 1 hour lifting sessions 2 interval style 30 min workouts, and 2 1 hour cardio sessions, with a spin class thrown in for a couple two a days. Realistically, I go 6 days a week, 30-60 min0
-
I jump on the treadmill and do 65 minutes 4x a week--3 of them are hill intervals. M-W-F after I do my 65 minutes on the treadmill, I go and do strength training for 20-25 minutes (squats, bicep curls, etc)
It looks like I will be adding a 5th day soon, Hubby needs to get into shape, so I am going to have to drag him to the gym on Saturdays.0
