In an ideal week, I do 60 minutes of elliptical M-W-F and 30 minutes Tues and Thursday. Then I try to walk during the weekends if I don't do yard work.0

typically do cardio (30-45 minutes) in the morning and lift in the afternoons (30-60 minutes depending on tempo heavy vs. light weeks). cardio is about 5-6 days a week, lifting is 4-5 days a week. try to have 1 days where i don't do any activity to allow some recovery0

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 3 days a week, 90 minutes- 120 minutes, depending on how many breaks we take, or how my instructor formats the match-ups.
I lift weights 3 days a week for 1 hour, and then do about 20 minutes of cardio dispersed through to keep my heart rate up.0 -

I was doing anwhere from 20 mins to an 1 hour 40 mins twice a day... the workouts were mainly high impact step aerobics and elliptical...
That was unsuccessful so today I've done 25 mins of taebo and 20 mins on the wii step....
ill probably do treadmil or elliptical for 20-30 mins and a light cool down on the wii fit for 40 mins...

Yes you can! If you want to you can find the time, you find it for 2 or 3 days!
As for me. I'm on 5-6 days a week anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I'm doing a full rotation of Turbo Fire so it just depends on what workout is scheduled for the day.0 -

My routine for the gym goes like this:
40 eliptical
20 bike
20 walk
60 fitness class (either cardio or weight training)
20 swimming
jacuzzi
steam
blissssssssss
in that order, 6 days a week feels AMAZING0 -

Here's my schedule (classes are 60 mins):

T - Yoga

I usually workout for about 30-40 minutes daily, but for the past week I've been doing about an hour.0

I do 45 min strength training 2 x per week and depending on the day and work 45 min to 60 min cardio 6 days a week this includes the days I do strength training. I make it a goal to burn between 4000 to 5000 per week...because I am considered "obese" I can reach this goal but the more I lose the harder I have to work to make that goal. This week was only 4199 calories burned.0

I'm off work for the summer (work for an elementary school) so I've increased my workouts to 90 minutes, 6 days a week and that combined with eating well, is making the weight come off. (my goal calories burned at the gym right now is 1,000 a day) I alternate between elliptical machine and treadmill, changing the program and intensity weekly, and run 3 times a week. I'm about to complete C25K!
When work starts back up, in order to fit lunch into my daily routine, I may have to scale the workouts back to an hour, but it will depend on my schedule, as it changes each year.0 -
Since I am cutting down on weight right now I do cardio on empty stomach 4 times a week for no more than 30 minutes. I do about a 20 minute session of high intensity and in the last 10 minutes I do a slower pace session such as getting on an exercise bike. After 20 minutes of high intensity I literally feel dead.0
