  • Just received mine last Thursday, but would not charge. Replacement came today completely charged and the updated worked with apps also. Now l am excited to see how it works.
  • Yes I am working on getting the gastric sleeve in two months. Started on the road on Tuesday with seeing the Dr, Dietician, and counselor.

  • Stand about arms width from wall and push yourself away from it. This is called vitical pushups which will do the same thing as on the floor. This is good for anyone who as arthritis.
  • If you are not taking enough calories in, your body has gone into a mode that is only using the calories you have giving it. The calories should not be below 1000 if yoy have more then 100 lbs to lose. Increase the calories to 1200 for the time being and you should see the scale drop.
  • As long as is soy milk, you should be fine in the amount the you are using. Consider the amount if you are also using in cooking, that should also be considered when you are totaling up the use of milk. No more then 3 cups a day
  • Just keepa smll diary with you t all times. Start writing in it everything you eat. I know I too need to keep this log. It helps see what I need to control myself.   • Seem like I get a few steps ahead and then slideback twice as much. Its like hitting a rock wall that does not what to move even with dynamite. It took a long time to put in on, but seem it will take a life time to get it off again. Just keep pushing.
