You can easily have small amounts of saturated fats and not have it be a problem. Trans fats whether partially hydrogenated or fully hydrogenated are far worse than saturated.

No, this is 2012, I dont know what you mean. Does he 'expect' you to cook, or are you putting it all on yourself? There's no reason why the boyfriend cant put time in to make a meal to be supportive for you to let you hit the gym.

healthy low carb choices would fall into the majority of your vegetables. healthy no carb choices would be true proteins, small amounts of cheese (fits both no and low carb).... Sorry, cant help you with the whole vegetarian choice... I go both ways on the plate 8-)

That would be the "Food Stylists" who do the photo shots.... The key is to make it eye-appealing, because after all, we tend to "eat with our eyes": if it looks good we are more driven to eating it.... Youre better off making your own meals from scratch.... WW can keep their salt-licks, IMHO, LOL!
