well i have two more weeks of Insanity to go....realistically i'm probably going to start mid-february. i'm starting a new job at the beginning of february and won't get paid until about the 18th, and i have plans to buy a pull-up bar and some weights then. during the in-between time i plan on working through some turbo…

when i started it was anywhere from 66-72. now that i exercise and no longer smoke, it's 50-56 :D

this week i'm down 1 to 157, thus marking an official 10lb loss from when i first started! sooo excited!!

i'm skipping Insanity max recovery (i don't need to recover as i took a week off), and replacing it with Max Interval Circuit for that 700+ calorie burn. i lost a pound since my last weigh-in but i'm looking to lose another somehow by tomorrow!

I went for it, after nearly a year of being out of the exercise game I decided to just do it. It kicked my *kitten* but I'm glad I did it. I just need to get myself back in gear because I've taken a couple days off...

i'm doing insanity too. i've been experimenting with calories from 1200-1600, and i've found that eating 1400 calories/day (before exercise) works for me. i also eat all of my exercise calories....insanity is an intense workout, so you'll need to eat more to keep your body happy. :)

i think if you get bored of the recovery week, then go ahead and start month 2. you might need that recovery week as month 2 is pretty brutal. otherwise, i say just stick to the schedule and pick up where you left off when you come back from Hawaii.

nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels is a sentence that needs to be abolished, i'm so annoyed by it and YES there are things that taste BETTER than being skinny feels, or whatever.
