I have to take mine off for things that would put pressure on my hand or things I have to grip that are heavy (like lifting weights) because it pinches my hand. But other than that I never take it off, even for work.

Things I forget I ate, or things that I can't find an entry for (example: a mcchicken with mushrooms and onions from McDonald's... add mcchicken and mushrooms but they don't have a calorie count for grilled onions).

When I weighed 255, my goal was to hit 250. From there, 245, and then 240...and I'll continue that until I like the way I look, and am a healthy weight for myself. Try it. Some of the videos are online on YouTube. Honestly, I would recommend the Jillian Michaels 30DS first, it's much easier and will work you up from almost nothing. But there's nothing saying you can't do it a few days and see if it would be worth it to buy the DVDs. Edited to fix typos.

Go to "Check in" and then underneath where you plug in your weight, hit "edit previous entries", starting weight is there.

I love any and all flavored tea... my favorite recently is raspberry. Try adding just a spoonful of creamer to sweeten it if you don't like drinking it plain.

I would want to be 100% sure before I did something that permanent. If you're even thinking about it I'd wait. Also, in my area there are laws making it illegal under age 35 (that, or doctors just refuse to do it so much everyone says it's illegal).

Will I at least get comparable results on carpet, even if the actual weight is off? There is nowhere in the house I can put my Wii that's not carpeted, and I don't care so much what I weigh when I weigh at home, I care if I lost or not.

I'm weighing on carpet on my Wii now, I used to be on wood floor or a rug. Does it really make that much of a difference?

What counts as strenuous enough to hurt a peircing? THat was another question I had. I do mostly things like the elliptical because it's the least painful for my joints. Hah.
