Eat snowcones. They make it seem like you're not drinking water when you are, and they're a great way to cool off in the summer. :D You can flavor them with a little bit of fruit juice or koolaid packets or, you know, whatever you want. Also, for me it depends how I drink it. Drinking through a straw makes it easier for me…

REading a new website I discovered earlier and am excited about, and listening to my roommates play d&d. Nothing much fun. Edit: very fun, not very interesting. :P

By eating badly I mean either eating all my calories at one time with tuna sashimi from a restaurant, or eating, like, 400 for the day... or eating, like, a bite of cake, then half a Pediasure, then a fourth a cup of rice, then some hamburger helper....etc. And my TOM was two weeks ago and it's very very regular. It could…

I don't know, but the wikipedia page on it was slightly informative. If you have some general health knowledge you could gather your own guess from there since no one is answering.

I have three or four friends that have done it and said it helps them tremendously but I can't say for sure as I've never really drank soda.

Tell yourself you can have it... later. If I'm craving something I make myself wait for the next meal and then I eat it with or for my meal, so it's not a huge deal, AND I have a treat to look forward to. Doing this has helped a lot for me.

Okay, in short, you have your BMR--that means the number of calories you burn in a day, with no exercise, like if you were to lay in bed all day. For most people that number is around 1800. So if your BMR was 1800 calories, and you ate 1800 calories, you would maintain the same weight. For losing weight, you need a calorie…

Just do it. Don't be motivated--just do what you KNOW you have to do. Diet wise. Don't worry about exercising because if you're not motivated you won't get much out of it and you'll quit. Once you get into the habit of a healthy diet for a month or two, you'll find yourself to have more energy and WANT to use it, and…

Put random fruits in the blender with some water. Blend and freeze. It's my healthy replacement. If you want or have extra calories add other things you like, like jelly, or sugar, or caramel, etc.

At 3:12 PM I've eaten 160. I stayed up late and woke up at 12:30, soo... :P

Both of those sounds like blood pressure to me actually. For me, if I don't drink enough and start retaining water, it makes my fingers swell and tingle. I get irritable, I'll have headaches and I'll be really dizzy, especially when exercising or when I stand up too fast. I'd definitely get that checked. One way to check…

I've never used them, but my friend has been trying to talk me into trying them for a couple years. She swears by them, says they're amazing, you can't feel them at all, etcetc. It really does sound like a great choice, but I can't stand the thought of something like that being there.

New wardrobe and a tattoo. Also, owning cute bras. Never again will I EVER wear sports bras for more than exercising.

However you do it, decide how much you think actually stays on. Add all the calories of it together as a recipe, then take a "serving" out of it. It'll probably be less than 50 calories, depending on what you put in it.

If you chose "light activity" for your activity level it is already figured in.

I'm pretty sure it's pork too. only meat I've ever seen colored and shaped like that.

I log anything that was meant to be only for exercise, plus a couple specific things like swimming, simply because I swim a lot and it does burn a significant amount of calories--and mixed in with my "having fun in the pool" is legit exercise--I intentionally stay in the deep end of the pool and keep moving my legs and…

Mine is usually between 90 and 110. Maybe lower now, it's been a while since I measured.

Go out and try them on. Lane Bryant is good, so is Belk's, they have a lot of different sizes, although if you want cheap WalMart is almost as good.. Remember that the bigger the band size, the bigger a cup is, so a 34D is different from a 38D in fit. Just try around until you find what feels and looks good.

I have about 100 to lose, maybe a little over that. Wanna be friends? :D

I sometimes just put it on a couple hours in advance so that it will already have smudged down, and wipe that off. Maybe it's just my cheap brand of eyeliner but after the first time it never smudges at all.

I just get sooo bored. I love to work out, i love the energy it gives me, and I love the idea that I'm burning calories and getting healthier, but there is nothing I've found that will distract me enough I can do it for long periods of time at once because I just get so bored of it. That goes for everything but swimming.

I was taught that printing is for first and second graders as well from 3-6 or so, but after that the teachers didn't really care as long as they could read it. Now, I tend to write in a weird mix of both.

I almost never crave sugar. Most of my cravings are for greasy salty foods, like fries, or chicken fingers, or cheeseburgers, or chips. Salt is good. xD

That is incredible. Good job!!!!!

Bath salts are a new kind of designer drugs.

wilsonba, 9.5. You have a beautiful smile and I love your hair. :D

Depends on what's going on. Normally, if nothing weird is happening, every Saturday is my cheat day and my treat is a meal from McDonald's because honestly, I love their fries and sweet tea. It's also the day I always hang out with a large group of my friends, so it works well because we're too busy to eat for most of the…

The best way to do it is probably to bleach it to be semi-light, not like WHITE, but decently light, and then dye it with blonde dye over that to get the shade you want. If yuo put blonde DYE over dark hair, it doesn't really do anything (in my experience).
