Let's see if i can remember the year, I was in the 6th grade, so maybe 89 or 90. I spent the night out side of Ticketmaster to get a New Kids on the Block Ticket. Then a few weeks later my mom dropped me off at the Kingdome and I saw them...alone. Soon after that I discovered punk rock and never looked back.

I once ate an entire box of Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies....actually I used to do that consistently. But I am thankful to say that I have not done that in over 4 years, mainly because I don't buy them anymore. But even if I did, I don't think I'd eat the whole box, it'd probably make me sick.

So far I have managed to not have any GS cookies this year. Probably because I have yet to come across anyone peddling them. Last year I think I gained 10 pounds during Girl Scout Cookie Season.

The only time I have trouble peeling eggs is when they are cold. I say, cook them and peel them right away. After mine are done boiling, I dump the boiling water out, put some cold water in the pan, then peel. If they are too hot to hold, I run them under cold water for a couple seconds, then peel.

Think about this. You did not gain ll of this weight overnight. It's going to take time to get it off. Be patient. The fact that your scale is going down is a cause for celebration. Wether it's 1.5 pounds, or 5 pounds. You are on the right track.

Sometimes. And I usually log my exercise before I do it, that way if I don't feel like it, I have to make myself because it's already logged. .

Love this! And this comes from a former "Everyone is Sabotaging Me" mentality! It wasn't until I put the responsibility on myself and stopped blaming others for my problems, that I started to see results.
