I made the mistake of watching level 2 last week. I am so scared lol

Like everyone else has said, it does get easier. I did day 7 of level one this morning. The first 3-4 days were by far the worst. I was pretty sure I was dead after the first day. And I was sore!! But keep at it, cos it honestly does get easier the more you do it. Just do what you can each time and build on it the next…

Add me if you like. I'm from Christchurch and finally just got fed up of not feeling comfortable in my own skin. Been at it 3 weeks now and I'm noticing changes already, and I feel SO much better.

I listened to "I'm Sexy and I know it" the other day haha! It actually motivated me quite well

I did day 6 of level 1 this morning, and I managed to finish it all for the first time :) The first 3 days were the worst by far. I wish I hadn't looked ahead to see what the next 2 levels are like though, I'm scared of all the planking....

So true. I did day 4 today and it was by far the easiest day so far. I'm hoping tomorrow will be even easier

Today is day 4 of the 30DS for me. It's still killing my thighs but I'm finding I've improved with the cardio, so something must be working.

Wow! What a difference! You look great - and I love the massive smile. Well done. This is exactly what I needed to see this morning, I'm on day 3 of 30DS and I am just not feeling it today. But after seeing you and your results, that's given me a boost to keep going. And maybe today I won't yell at the TV and will just get…

Yep me! I'm from Christchurch. Started 10 days ago and seem to be doing ok so far :) Would love some kiwi friends on here to help motivate me

Great attitude! :D

I bet there is a difference. Sometimes its hard for us to see it ourselves and we are often pretty harsh on ourselves too. Don't get frustrated or down, keep at it. 12 pounds down is great!

I'm thinking about starting this tomorrow - I watched level one on youtube and it looks full on, for me anyway. But I've seen some pretty awesome results from people on here and if they can do it, then so can I! Off to get some weights today so I can get going

A combination of things: my blood pressure issues and not wanting to be on medication for that forever, my kids wobbling my belly cos it looks funny, being sick of constantly tugging on my clothes to get them to sit right and hide the parts I don't like, and finally, the thing that topped it all off what a comment from my…

I'll be 33 in March...

I think this would be one of my favourite posts I have read on here. Why? Because you are honest and realistic. You haven't compromised on anything. You (and your wife) are proof that "dieting" doesn't need to be all lettuce leaves and fresh air - you can still eat a normal diet, but everything in moderation. Well done to…

My first thought was "Holy cr@p!" :) You look amazing! I wouldn't have recognised you as being the same person, well done for all your hard work, it has paid off big time. You should be so proud of yourself, especially with a 2 year old to chase round after. Awesome!

Interesting topic! I quit smoking 12 days ago after almost 5 years of smoking every day, anywhere between 10 and 20 a day. So far, all I seem to want to do it eat! But I realise it is because my hands are used to being busy, and smoking was something I did when I was bored, so now I'm thinking about food when I'm bored. I…
