I've been using my fitbit ultra for about 6 months. I also bought the scale. I love them both. My username on MFP is cherirae. I would love more friends! Does anyone record the calories listed on the fitbit on your MFP page? I'm always afraid to because it says I've burned so much more than MFP says - but it records the…

Hi I'd like to be your friend. I've lost 92 #'s and still have almost 40 to go. I know how hard it is to get started - to goal seems overwhelming. So, don't think of needing to lose 200 - start with a goal of 25, then 25 more, etc. This site is wonderful encouragement - and will help you along. Let me know how I can help!

I'm new to this forum and am amazed at the information provided. Thank you! When I started, my doctor tested my body fat and it was 48%! I've lost 69 pounds - but have 61 to go. It will be interesting to see what my body fat is when I lose the rest of my weight! I do a really cardio workout on my treadmill and shoveling…
