I'm 5'8 and my goal is 121.6 lol. Very random, but i think 125 is just because it's a good round number. I'll personally see how I look once I'm there (currently 123.6, not long to go ^_^)

I do always update my settings every week depending on my weight loss.I haven't lost enough in that time to make a huge difference to my calorie needs. Yes. I stopped losing and even gained a bit when on 1200-1300. Then I upped it to 1400-1500 but that didn't help much. After a plateau of 3.5 months I decided to try upping cals, my last choice, and it works! I now eat 1650-1700 NET a day and I'm losing 0.5-1 pound a week (v.close to goal weight so this is good!). I've always hated my thighs more than anything. Even with a slight thigh gap I just feel weird about them. I think it's because I have such tiny boobs so it's not very even...meh

I am 5"8 and currently 128, aiming for 122! I want to get toned too but I'll concetrate more on that after all these exams *sob* I swear I look heavier than 128 :S

So are you saying increase from 1650 to 1699 (sedentary in table) , or increase from 1650 to 1947 (lightly sedentary in table)? I think I'm lightly active as I walk from college every weekday (30 mins brisk pace) and walk around college itself between classes and to and from town for lunch (about 10 mins each way maybe?)

So according to this my BMR is 1450 (bf% 14.7 woo) Do I add 200 to that then? The table below says 1699 at sedentary and 1947 at lightly active to get to my goal weight, is this wrong though as it seems a lot! I currenty eat about 1650 net when lightly active. Thanks

Damn my small boobs. A or maybe even AA! They used to be B going on C but then i got a stupid ED and when I gained the weight back it went everywhere except there. Typical :/ I guess at least I'll know they're not shallow.... maybe...

lol, I'm 5'8 and 131 pounds, but to look like that girl at 134 pounds I'd probably have to be 120 (technically underweight). It sucks but it's not worth getting upset over. Just work hard and you'll get to where you want to be soon enough :D Good luck!

Thanks :) I'll stop worrying so much about the fat intake then (as long as it's goo fat!) and I'm going to buy tuna in oil instead of salt water as it's abut 100 more calories :D

Hmm there's alot of sugar and carbs in most fruit juices unfortunately :/ And fruit has lots of carbs too even though they're allowed. How many carbs do other paleo dieters allow themselves a day in the form of fruit and veg?
