Hey Pam, Great challenge! I'm already eating non-processed foods 95% of the time (the diet I'm on is lean meats and veggies for the most part...no wheat, no dairy, no sugar, no salt!) but I DO have diet coke waaaay too often. So I'll try to cut the pop :)

Hi I'm Teri, and I think this is the 3rd challenge I've done with this group. Currently I've lost 25lbs, and can't wait to lose more during this challenge! My goal is to hit the 100s by Jan 1, so I need to double my weight loss...let's go!
