I was working out pretty diligently, but haven't been able to in the past 3-4 days because I got heel spurs and a pulled shoulder muscle at the same time! I want to give the injuries a chance to heal themselves, but I'm also worried that if I don't exercise for long enough, I won't be able to keep up the habit. Does anyone…

So, I had bacon this morning, and consequently, I'm over in the fat department! Does anyone have ideas on what I can eat for the rest of the day that has zero to little fat in it? Thanks

day 5 of 30ds!
Today was day five of level one and the first time I didn't curse jillian the whole time. Minus a couple of pushups, I made it through the whole circuit without stopping!
