Zero Fat Foods?

So, I had bacon this morning, and consequently, I'm over in the fat department! Does anyone have ideas on what I can eat for the rest of the day that has zero to little fat in it? Thanks

Celery? That will teach you to enjoy a bacon filled breakfast.
I don't think you will be able to eat non fat all day but; White fish, baked sweet or white potatoes with fat free sour cream or smart balance light, salad with fat free dressing, Non fat yogurt, and Veggies are low fat and will get you through the day.0 -
Fage Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt.0

when I have a bacon breakfast which is every 3 weeks or so I don't worry about the fat for the one day, rather concentrate on the calories for the entire day. So what if you are over today in that department. A lot of the fat you should be eating is healthy for you. Not sure what you had but I take my package of bacon and put 2 strips in a little 100 cal. zip lock, put all the little zip locks in a freezer bag and in the fridge. When I want bacon I defrost the 1 package and cook it. If I didn't do that I would cook up 3 or 4 and eat it.0

Thanks all! I do have quite a few calories left for the day so i'll do the best I can in fat and only worry about the calories
I'm at a hotel and when I went to take 2 strips of bacon from the breakfast buffet, they all stuck together and I ended up with 5. Didn't think it was TOO bad, and couldn't exactly put it back so I ate it! Next time, I'll leave the extra on my plate!0 -
