Today was day five of level one and the first time I didn't curse jillian the whole time. Minus a couple of pushups, I made it through the whole circuit without stopping! I would have laughed at anyone who told me that 5 days ago. Can't wait to see what five more days will bring. Took a look at level two though and am NERVOUS! Haha Anyone else on day 5?

I am too! I've done the whole thing before though, and while this time it is easier, I still HATE the side lunges and arm raises!! I'm using 5lb weights this time instead of 3's too, so that doesn't help. I'm definitely handling the jumping jacks/ jump rope better this time too-- blasted pelvic floor.
But yeah, first time through, days one and two.. had to sit still for a bit after for the nausea to pass.0 -
I'm on day 5 too! I finally felt like I wasn't going to pass out haha.0

That's amazing! My weigh in days are Thursdays (my fourth day on the site and my fourth day of 30DS) and I had lost 3lbs at that point. I can't wait to see what next Thursday brings!0

I only have 5lbs, and I really think I should've gotten three for the first time through! I totally hear you on the nausea!0 -
lying down now after just doing day one level one lol! -hope i see results as quick as you guys have.
what changes (if any) did you make to your diets?0 -
I actually didn't see the scale move much at all the whole first time through.. but I could easily see the changes in my body. More ab definition ( ok, ab definition, period!), better biceps, I could see more of my collarbones, and lost inches in my hips. Most exciting though-- I could really easily feel my muscles, and from the OUTSIDE! Not the "OOOH, I'm so sore I can feel ALL my muscles!! " way. Well, ok, that happened a bit too..
As for diet, I upped my protein intake.. but that's about it.0
