exercise ideas?

I was working out pretty diligently, but haven't been able to in the past 3-4 days because I got heel spurs and a pulled shoulder muscle at the same time! I want to give the injuries a chance to heal themselves, but I'm also worried that if I don't exercise for long enough, I won't be able to keep up the habit.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do for exercise? I don't have a pool near me to swim, and I also don't have a bike (the only two ideas I could think of). I work out at home and don't have access to a gym.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bikram yoga. It's HARD, but easy on the body in a way that working out isn't.0
